Gopala Krishnam Raju Nadimpalli is an internationally experienced transport economist and highway engineering specialist with over 30 years of professional experience across Asia, Africa, Europe, and the South Pacific. He has led and contributed to large-scale highway development, road safety, transport planning, PPP advisory, and HDM-4 based infrastructure evaluation projects funded by multilateral agencies and government institutions. With academic credentials from the University of Leeds (UK) and extensive global exposure, he brings strategic insight in highway design, transport economics, road safety audits, and institutional strengthening. He is a Chartered Engineer and an internationally certified Road Safety Auditor.

• Conducted training programs for RHD (Bangladesh) and highway authorities on Road Safety Audits and Work Zone Safety

Responsible for leading business development and proposal coordination activities, including identifying and pursuing consultancy opportunities in road safety, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), and Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) projects across public and private sectors. Managed the preparation of Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and technical and financial proposals in compliance with national and international procurement guidelines, while coordinating with technical teams to compile project credentials, staffing plans, methodologies, and cost estimates. Maintained professional liaison with government agencies, development partners, and financing institutions, facilitated joint venture and sub-consultancy partnerships, and monitored upcoming opportunities funded by the World Bank, other IFIs, and government bodies to ensure strategic positioning and successful bid management.
