Gopala Krishnam Raju Nadimpalli is an internationally experienced transport economist and highway engineering specialist with over 30 years of professional experience across Asia, Africa, Europe, and the South Pacific. He has led and contributed to large-scale highway development, road safety, transport planning, PPP advisory, and HDM-4 based infrastructure evaluation projects funded by multilateral agencies and government institutions. With academic credentials from the University of Leeds (UK) and extensive global exposure, he brings strategic insight in highway design, transport economics, road safety audits, and institutional strengthening. He is a Chartered Engineer and an internationally certified Road Safety Auditor.
