Project Overview

Musad Engineering & Consultancy provided consultancy services to evaluate construction projects implemented by the Roads and Highways Department (RHD) and to recommend internationally effective perspectives for project formulation, implementation, and management. The assignment supported institutional strengthening of RTHD through research, analysis, and capacity development.

Role of Musad Engineering & Consultancy

Musad Engineering & Consultancy provided consultancy services to evaluate construction projects implemented by the Roads and Highways Department (RHD) and to develop internationally aligned frameworks for project formulation and implementation under an assignment for IIFC and the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways Division (RTHD).
