Musad Engineering & Consultancy conducted an assessment and supply assignment for Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) spare parts to ensure uninterrupted operation of the Traffic Management Centre (TMC) at Sarak Bhaban under a KOICA-funded initiative for the Roads and Highways Department (RHD). The project involved evaluating operational performance and fault rates of existing ITS equipment, preparing detailed technical specifications and Bills of Quantity (BoQ), and supplying critical spare components. The engagement also included warranty support, post-supply performance monitoring, and coordination with end users to maintain system reliability. Through this assignment, Musad enhanced operational efficiency, reduced system downtime, and strengthened structured spare-parts management for national ITS infrastructure.
